QUEST MINISTRY MISSION
“QUEST exists to unite and serve college-aged and international students reach their full potential in Jesus Christ by becoming Christ-centered leaders who serve others.”

QUEST MINISTRY VALUES
As a ministry of Christ Church, under the leadership of Dr. David Ireland, QUEST follows the statement of purpose: Uniting People to God and People to People. As a ministry extension of the church, we fulfill this purpose statement by the acronym LEAD:

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The ministry will assist college-aged students and international students become leaders on their own campus that reach students for Christ. This component will be met through seminars, on-campus outreach, and interaction with the Word of God of how to lead and serve others.

EVANGELISM
The College Ministry will serve to evangelize on campus by individual contact and partnerships with existing campus ministry organizations. The evangelism component will also be a critical part of our social events, fellowship activities and outreach programs.

ACCOUNTABILITY
One of the major issues college students face is being mentored in a strategic, intentional fashion. Therefore, the College Ministry will serve to mentor students through their journey in college through accountability teams. These teams will comprise of students, serving to help their peers grow in their faith and tackle the challenges that face daily.

DISCIPLESHIP
As a ministry, we celebrate when a young man or woman commits their life to the lordship of Christ. Their commitment must be coupled with equipping to do the work of service. The discipleship component will comprise of a people-focused perspective, building healthy disciples capable of reproducing themselves. (2 Timothy 2:2)
