Odette Allen, Director, General Operations Odette is the Director, General Operations in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for oversight of: Facilities Management, Information Technology, Impact Ministries Operations and Office Management. Odette is also charged with ensuring that all processes of the organization are executed in accordance with operations and financial guidelines established by upper management. She functions as the liaison between the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the various ministries, departments and individuals in the organization in assessing cross synergies that can be gained from operations. Previously, Odette served at Roche Corporation in the area of Credit Analysis and Assessment, Hoffman-La Roche as Assistant Accountant and at Prudential Financial as Senior Analyst. Educationally, Odette has completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Organizational Management.

Bryce York, Director of Business Development Bryce J. York, Jr. is the Director of Business Development for Christ Church. Bryce oversees the Center for Business Excellence (CBE), an affiliate of Christ Church, which serves to assist the congregation and the community in key areas of business development. The CBE provides training, assistance and support aimed at helping entrepreneurs and emerging business leaders in such areas as business mentorship, networking, advanced business education, and access to experienced business professionals. Bryce holds a master's degree in business administration from Regent University; additionally, he brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the television industry. Bryce and his wife Tanya are the parents of three children.

Temitope Osinubi, Director, Information Technology Temitope is the Director, Information Technology responsible for the coordination and implementation of all aspects of technology that support the operations and ministerial aspects of the Church. Previously, he served as a systems engineer at Telcordia Technologies, where he worked on several projects involving large telecommunication firms including Verizon, Sprint and BellSouth. He also served as a network engineer at a software company where he supported the operations of a large data center that provided services for clients that included Major League Baseball (MLB). Temitope holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.

Libby Hill, Director, Human Resources Libby is the Director of Human Resources for Christ Church and its affiliates. In her role, Libby is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the personnel in the organization. Additionally, she ensures compliance with all Federal and State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Libby’s prior professional experience includes, but is not limited to positions at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Social Security Administration, the American Cancer Society and General Accident Insurance Company, LTD. Just prior to joining the staff at Christ Church, she was the Supervisor Staffing-Employment Administrator at the United Water Company. Her education includes an Associate in Specialized Business from Levitan School and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nyack College in Organizational Management. Additionally, she is a certified Practitioner in Human Resources (PHR).

Deacon James W. McCollum Jr, Director, Facilities Management Deacon James is the Director of Facilities Management providing oversight for all Christ Church and its affiliate’s locations. Deacon James worked as a Facilities Manager for over 30 years. His direct report included over 285 employees as well as 47 senior staff members. In addition, Deacon James oversight included 3.5 million square feet of workspace. In previous roles, the area of responsibility included Audit Director, overseeing all accounts for Novotel Hotel, a European base hotel, Newark Liberty International Airport as customer support. Deacon James' education includes Essex College Of Business, Rutgers University, Cook College, as well as Boiler Unlited where he studied Operating Engineer. Deacon James and his wife Chanda has one son, Ryan.

Joseph Musse, Director, Creative Multimedia Joseph is the Director, Creative Multimedia. He engages in the full process of multimedia production for the internet, corporate worship, media production and any other visual presentation of the gospel as expressed through the Church. Joseph has had a rich history in this field serving in various capacities in various New York based firms including Multimedia Development Manager at 22clicks a Division of Harrison & Star, Associate Director of Digital Imaging and Multimedia and Director of Multimedia at Torre Lazur McCann, and Multimedia Production Manager at Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift, Inc. His educational background includes the School of Visual Arts and Globix in New York City.

Elizabeth Chang, Manager, Impact Ministries Distribution Operations Elizabeth is the Manager, Impact Ministries Distribution Operations. Elizabeth’s professional experience includes working for the Office of Communications as a Public Relations/Communications Intern at Rutgers University, NBC Universal as a Network and Local News Production Intern and at Johnson and Johnson where she was an analyst in the Supply Logistics function. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Elizabeth’s educational background includes DeVry University where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Network and Communication Management. She recently completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications (concentration in Media Arts) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Lucia Crossley, Executive Director, IMPACT Community Development Corporation Lucia is the Executive Director for IMPACT Community Development Corporation (IMPACT CDC). IMPACT CDC is dedicated to the enhancement of the community and serves to expand the outreach of the church through social and educational programs and services. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester and is a Master's degree candidate in Education Leadership and Supervision from Seton Hall University. While working at Seton Hall University, previous to her role at Christ Church, she served in multiple capacities. She has experience as a business development specialist, providing business development training and consultation to community-based and faith-based organizations throughout the state of New Jersey, as a director of community development, facilitating linkages and helping to develop programmatic initiatives with corporations, foundations and public school districts, as well as director of the statewide faith based research project. She also served as program director for the W.E.B. DuBois Scholars Institute and coordinator of Summer Institutes for Project GRAD-Newark.

Steven Malave, Media Director, Impact Ministries International Steven is the Media Director of Impact Ministries International. Steve comes to us from Riverview Florida, where he was President and Owner of Malave Media. Prior to launching his own business, Steve held numerous management positions in broadcasting including News Director at Tampa Bay’s NPR affiliate WUSF, Media Consultant for Sirius Satellite Radio, Telemundo Group/NBC and served as Executive Producer, Assistant News Director and ultimately News Director at Univision Communications. He has also done general assignment reporting for CBS and NBC. Steve’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts at New York University in Journalism and Mass Communications/Political Science and management seminars at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
