Dominican Republic Medical Supply Mission
Donations are being accepted for the shipment of medical supplies to the Dominican Republic. These supplies will be used to assist Dr. Mark Brown, who heads our medical clinic, MIMED, in replenishing the clinic's inventories.
Commonly needed items include but are not limited to:
- Band-Aids
- Gauze bandages
- Medical tape
- Ace bandages
- Toothpaste
- Tooth brushes (adult and children's)
- Dental floss
- Instant ice packs
- Multi-Vitamins (adult, children's, prenatal)
- Over-the-counter topical creams such as Neosporin, antibiotic ointment, Desitin, etc.
- Over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Benadryl, Claritin, Ibuprophen, etc.
- Antiseptic liquids such as Iodine, Alcohol, Peroxide, Batidine, etc.

Pen Pal Program
World-Reach currently sponsors approximately 120 children in Rwanda, Peru and the Philippines. Through its Pen Pal Program, World-Reach connects the families and children of Christ Church with the families and children we sponsor in these countries. The program allows our members to encourage sponsored families and children through letter writing. It also gives our members an opportunity to share their Bible knowledge with someone of another culture while also learning about their culture. If you wish to participate in the Pen Pal Program, please contact the World-Reach office at Christ Church.
Volunteer
World-Reach offers a variety of meaningful and rewarding volunteer opportunities. Volunteers are invaluable resources to World-Reach and to the people it helps. You can touch thousands of lives each year by serving anywhere from 2-10 hours per week. Our goal for volunteers is to match your unique talents, skills and interests with the current needs of the organization.
