Caren Franzini, CEO, NJ Economic Development Authority

For her service as Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) since January 1994. During Ms. Franzini's tenure, the EDA has focused on assisting business and nonprofits, revitalizing communities, promoting entrepreneurial development, and developing commercial real estate in distressed areas.

For his vigilant leadership as President of Charity Navigator since its inception in April of 2001. Under Mr. Stamp's direction, the organization has become the nation's largest and most-used evaluator of American Charities and non-profits.

Mary Baughman, Executive Director, Jersey Battered Women Services

For her outstanding commitment as former Executive Director for Jersey Battered Women's Service, (JBWS), a private, non-profit agency helping Morris County families victimized by domestic violence. under her leadership, JBWS launched its model transitional living program.

For his distinguished service as the first Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, for his previous service as the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services in 2006, and as New Jersey's first Child Advocate from 2003 to 2006.

Reverend Carlton T. Brown, Senior Pastor, Bethel Gospel Assembly, NY

For his visionary service as Senior Pastor of Bethel Gospel Assembly in Harlem, New York. Under Rev. Brown's leadership, the church has expanded its ministry to locations in the Bronx, New York; Hackensack and Paterson, New Jersey; and Norfolk, Virginia. He also expanded Bethel's missions' involvement to Venezuela, Nigeria, and Santo Domingo.
