David D. Ireland, PH.D
President and Chairman of the Board, Impact Community Development Center (ICDC)
Dr. David is the Chairman of the Board of the Five Sectors Alliance and the senior pastor of Christ Church in Montclair, New Jersey, a congregation of several thousand members which he and his wife began in 1986 with only six other adults. He is heard throughout the United States on a daily radio and weekly TV show named IMPACT. Dr. Ireland holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering (Fairleigh Dickinson University), graduate degrees in civil engineering (Stevens Institute of Technology) and theology (Regent University). He has written a number of books including Journey to the Mountain of God, Secrets of a Satisfying Life, Perfecting Your Purpose: 40 Days to a More Meaningful Life, and Why Drown When You Can Walk on Water? Dr. Ireland serves on the Board of Directors of Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Marlinda have been married for more than 20 years and are the parents of two daughters.
Michellene Rutherford, Esq.
Executive Director and Senior Advisor, Five Sector Alliance
Michellene made history in May 2006 by becoming the first African American to serve as Chief of Staff within the State Treasury Department, overseeing some 4,000 employees. Most recently Ms. Davis’ efforts were focused on the Division of Lottery where she is credited with record high revenue generating of over $2 billion in fiscal year 2004. Michellene has also served as Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Public Health Services in the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services where she assisted in the supervision of the Divisions of Family Health Services and HIV/AIDS Services. A graduate of Seton Hall Law, Michellene is married to her loving husband Randy K. Rutherford, Esq., an attorney with Pitney Hardin, LLP one of New Jersey’s largest law firms.
Rupert A. Hayles, Jr.
President, Five Sectors Alliance; Chief Operating Officer, Christ Church
Rupert is the President of the Five Sector Alliance and Chief Operating Officer of Christ Church. He is responsible for the organization and direction of the Five Sector Alliance. At Christ Church, he provides oversight to the administrative staff, the church's's subsidiary corporations, media activities, as well as conferences and special projects. With dual degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems and graduate degrees in Finance and Decision Science from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School, Rupert brings a wealth of advanced training and experience to the organizations. Previously, he has held several senior level strategic planning positions in the field of Information Technology at Prudential Insurance Company of America, Cytec Industries, Inc. and Merck & Company. He has also served as an officer in the United States Air Force. Rupert is an adjunct Professor of Strategic Technology Management at Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University and a lecturer with the American Management Association, a global leader in management training and professional development. He published the book, "Practical Strategy: Aligning Business with Information Technology" and the forthcoming book in the Fall of 2008: Practical Strategy: Emotional Intelligence and the Church. He and his wonderful wife Maryann live in Blairstown, New Jersey.
Terry Trayvick

Terry is the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Business Solutions, producers of funding to non-profit organization by providing world class products and services to its customers. Terry was the President of Communications Solutions Group of R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Previously, he served in many roles in R.R. Donnelley such as Senior Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer. As Sara Lee, he was Director of Business Planning, at Proctor and Gamble, he served as Cash Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, and at General Motors he was a Qualifying Manufacturing Supervisor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and a MBA from Columbia University.
Randy K. Rutherford, Esq.

Randy is an associate with Pitney Hardin LLP whose practice concentrates on securities and general corporate representation of publicly held clients, as well as mergers, acquisitions and general corporate advice for privately held clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Rutherford was associated with Ravin, Sarasohn, Cook, Baumgarten, Fisch & Rosen, P.C. in Roseland. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Vichness, J.S.C., working closely with the Judge on, among other things, the Essex County Drug Court Program, a highly successful alternative to long term incarceration for drug addicted non-violent offenders. Mr. Rutherford received his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee School of Law in 1998 and his bachelor of arts from the Pennsylvania State University in 1995.

Karen is the Vice President of Community Affairs and Government Relations at Scholastic Inc., the global children's publishing and media company. She is responsible for the design and implementation of Scholastic's corporate citizenship initiatives and she oversees the company's government relations practice. Under Karen's leadership, Scholastic has initiated such literacy programs as: Read and Rise®, an early literacy initiative, Words Travel™, a literacy and family strengthening program, Lee y serás®, a national Latino early literacy initiative. Prior to joining Scholastic, Karen was the Director of Community Relations at the National Basketball Association where she worked to develop national and local public service programs. Karen is currently President and Trustee of the M.R. Robinson Fund, Chair of the Board of Directors of New York's Literacy Assistance Center, and a member of The Center for Corporate Citizenship's International Advisory Board.
